Thirty year old male traumatized his front tooth kayaking.

 

It was determined the root was fractured and had to be removed. A custom shade and implant design was completed prior to the surgeon removing the tooth and root.

 

After implant placement and healing time, the permanent abutment
was placed and the new crown was custom fabricated.
